By accessing and using ErrandsByUs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

ErrandsByUs is a platform that connects clients with service providers for various errands and tasks. We facilitate these connections but are not directly responsible for the services provided by independent contractors.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Our payment structure includes:

• 50% initial deposit to confirm errand booking
• Remaining 50% upon successful completion
• All payments processed securely through Paystack
• Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm service providers or other users
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Post false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are independent contractors. They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws. ErrandsByUs does not employ service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

ErrandsByUs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with Kenyan law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
